This park does not have a lot of different things, like playgrounds, ball fields or tennis courts. But it is a nice, layed-back park with lots of picnic tables. It was established in memory of Major William R. "Rocky" Edmondson, USAF, a casualty of the Vietnam War in 1966. The northern end of the 2.9 mile Cassville Greenway Trail starts (or ends) at Rocky Edmondson Park.
