Yellowstone Upper Falls is located at the head of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. The best way to view the fall is from a viewing area near Artist's Point (see parking lot coordinates). But the closest you can get to the fall is hiking a short trail to the brink of the fall (main coordinates) on the other side of the Yellowstone River.
