This mark is probably part of a survey of the Village of Skokie. It includes a couple dozen or so marks of high accuracy that made it into the NGS database, as well as these smaller, less protected, and presumably less accurate marks that dot the village.

This one can be found at the northwest corner of the intersection of Lincoln Ave and Gross Point Rd. It is about a foot southeast of a light fixture.
