The disk is embedded on top of the concrete catch basin with metal grates, located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Stonebrook Drive and Oak Knoll Court. Only the stamping "TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS BENCH MARK" is visible due to several dents punched in the disk.
