MTSHD FAGM 3921, MT, is a Montana State Highway Department (MTSHD) bench mark disk located along the east side of North Main Street in Livingston, Park County, MT. The disk is mounted in the top of an eight-inch by eight-inch concrete post that projects about 20 inches. The disk is about 90 feet south-southwest of a four-inch by four-inch metal pole that supports a sign for American Automotive NAPA Services, about 54 feet south of wood utility pole number TAPDI12 with two guy wires, about 13 feet south of a no parking sign, about six feet east of the east curb of North Main Street, and across the street from a white stucco building that houses Alpine Yamaha. The disk is stamped in its entirety STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FAGM 3921 OFF ELEV 4485.15 BENCH MARK. It is in neither the Geocaching nor National Geodetic Survey databases.

To reach off from Exit 337 off Interstate Highway 90, go southwest on Business Interstate 90 (also US Highway 89) for about 3.3 miles to the stoplight at the turnoff for the Main Street northbound railroad underpass. Turn right and follow the Main Street underpass under the tracks. Upon passing under the tracks, go northwest on North Main Street for about 150 yards to the gravel parking lot for American Automotive on the right. From the sign on the south edge of the parking lot, walk southeast for 90 feet to the station. Handheld coordinates are N45-39.813 W110-33.733.
