"Here is buried the dear Woman of Valor[1]
Lady[2] of the most honorable[3] Itzek Niewied
Who was buried with great respect
On the New Year 5623[4].
May her soul be bound in the bundle of the living[5]"

[1] The phrase used is from Proverbs 31:10
I used the literal translation. It could also be translated as good wife/woman or excellent wife/woman.
[2] The Hebrew uses a feminine form of husband, which is normally not the word for wife, but they probably meant "the wife of"
[3] Ac acronym is used here which,in this context, only makes sense as "the most honorable" or "the honorable rabbi". 'rabbi' was sometimes used as an honorific. This person was not necessarily a Rabbi, but he certainly was a person of high standing in his community
[4]The date is according to the Jewish calendar. When converted to Gregorian it's Sept. 1862
The New Year Holiday (Rosh Ha-Shana) started that year on Sept. 24 in the evening.
[5]This entire phrase is written as a five letter acronym, the last line of the Hebrew text.
