This pendulum is located is Seattle, WA on the University of Washington campus in the Physics building.
This is easiest to visit in the summer since you can park close without needing a permit. However the bad side to this is that the building could be locked up and the pendulum might not be swinging, as it was in the case when I visited. If this is the case, you will at least be able to see the pendulum through the large glass windows.
