"La Force Terrestre acquit, à partir de 1957, 771 Full-Track M75APC équipant les bataillons d'infanterie blindée du 1er Corps Belge, les bataillons de chars et d'artillerie de campagne, de reconnaissance et les unités combattantes du génie.

Le M75 fut livré en une seule version : le transport de troupe. Les versions poste de commandement, maintenance, génie et porteur de mortier 81 mm furent des transformations de la version de base.

A partir de 1983, les M75, tout comme les AMX-13, furent progressivement remplacés par 514 AIFV et 525 M113 A1.

Il est conseillé de venir durant les heures de la journée car le secteur est surveillé par la police locale. [EN] The armored vehicle is in the parking lot of the former military barracks Caporal Trésegnies. The area is open to the general public. No entry fee is required.
