This brown-brick building is on a side street of the elevated town of Guyra (the town boasts as having the HIGHEST caravan park in Australia - 1300+ metres). The building has an almost flat, skillion roof, with a slight rake to the back. The single garage has a higher roof line than the office section. There is a white panel-lift door with perspex panels spaced across it. On the right-hand side of the garage roof (eastern side) is a red-painted, louvered siren. An asphalted driveway goes to the back of the building, for the retained firefighters to park their vehicles when called out.
