This elevator appears to have been originally operated by Waterville Union Grain Company, which has been in business since 1908. After a number of mergers, Waterville Union Grain Company has become a part of HighLine Grain Growers, Inc.

The elevator itself is a steel clad wood cribbed structure with two large round steel annexes. With no name appearing on the elevator, it can't be said with certainty that Hiline still operates the elevator, though it is still in use. Hiline has an office in Waterville, at 104 East Ash Street.
Currently used as a grain elevator: yes
