A pair tablets lists the names and other information about the men from Chicopee who died in the Civil War. They are located on each side of the portico entrance to Chicopee City Hall in Chicopee, MA.

A pair of bronze plaques with decorative stone frames are placed at the ends of the entrance to Chicopee City Hall.

The north frame is inscribed with the date 1871 at the top and at the bottom is the inscription:

TO HER FALLEN HEROES
CHICOPEE
ERECTS THIS TABLET

The bronze tablet is inscribed ROLL OF HONOR and a list with the name, military unit, cause of death, place of death and date of death of 38 members of the Union Army who died during the Civil War.

The south frame is inscribed with the date 1871 at the top and at the bottom is the inscription:

TO HER HONORED DEAD
CHICOPEE
ERECTS THIS TABLET

The bronze tablet is inscribed HONOR THE BRAVE and a list with the name, military unit, cause of death, place of death and date of death of 36 members of the Union Army who died during the Civil War.
