The Victorian Italianate style former CBC bank was constructed of stuccoed brick in 1887, the ground floor contained the banking chamber whilst the upper floor was the bank managers residence. There is a verandah to both floors, of which the upper floor verandah has cast iron lace balustrading.
[It is now the National Australia Bank building.]
