Klingensmith Park is a large city park on the west side of Bristow, well used for many community events. The park was developed in the mid 1930's as a New Deal project.

In 1989, on the east side of the park, a beautiful brick entrance was created. A semi-circle brick staircase is flanked by several tiers of brick retaining walls with beautiful gardens. They were planted in honor of Etta Feild Caves (1-12-1904 - 10-12-1991). The plaque honoring her is located at the top of the stairway on a brick and stone wall. An early resident of the town of Bristow, Etta was involved in many community activities. She is buried in nearby Bristow Cemetery.
