This is one of those uncommon examples of a Woodmen of the World monument that features a bronze plate with the organizational emblem. The emblem itself is in excellent shape, but of course, oxidation is doing its work. The family name, "Lee", is on the plinth, and the inscription plate reads:

Died
Jan. 21, 1906.
