The statue of Jan Hendrik Albert "Henny" Eman, the first Prime Minister of Aruba, is located on the grounds of the Aruban Parliament at 72 L.G. Smith Blvd in Oranjestad.

Jan Hendrik Albert "Henny" Eman (born 20 March 1948) was the first Prime Minister of Aruba from 1 January 1986 to 9 February 1989 and again from 29 July 1994 to 30 October 2001. He was awarded with the Order of Francisco de Miranda (Orden Francisco de Miranda) and Order of the Liberator (Orden del Libertador) by the Government of Venezuela and made an Officer of the Order of the Netherlands Lion (Officier in de orde van de Nederlandse Leeuw) by the Government of the Netherlands. His larger than life statue stands on a high base on the grounds of the Aruban Parliament.
