"Proposed development included restroom/pavilion/storage building, two playgrounds, one lighted soccer field, 12 picnic tables with grills, one mile aggregate jogging trail with exercise stations, two check dams, pedestrian bridge, landscaping, utilities, parking and signs. The local match consists of city funds and the value of the donated land."
