A sturdy wood bench can be found to the left of the Greenville Public Library main entrance doorway. Its brass dedication plaque is mounted at the top center of the back rest and reads:

IN MEMORY OF
FLORA LEIGH-CURRY
TRUSTEE, BOARD MEMBER, AND FRIEND
1979 - 2000

Ms. Leigh-Curry, who passed away in May 2011, was also founder of the Library Friends group, according to the Greenville Public Library Annual Report of the Director 2010-2011.
