This carillon of 14 bells is part of a clock/bell tower standing in the center of a tiny fountain. Between the clock dials and the carillon one can see the letters R and P for Royal Plaza.
Royal Plaza Mall is conveniently located across from the cruise ship terminal and in the middle of downtown Oranjestad, surrounded by the bus station, flea markets and museums.
