Long Description:
The mark is a National Geodetic Survey metal survey rod with a logo cap stamped ---T 734 2009---. The logo cap is flush with the ground and the datum point is recessed 0.4 foot below the level of the logo cap.

To reach the mark from the intersection of Dearborn Street and Indiana Avenue in Englewood, go west on Dearborn Street for 0.7 mile to the intersection of Old Englewood Road. Turn right and go north on Old Englewood Road for 0.55 mile to the intersection of Stewart Street and the mark on the left.

The mark is located 40.2 feet west-southwest of the centerline of Old Englewood Road, 26.6 feet north of the centerline of Stewart Street, 22.6 feet east of power pole number 600 and 3.0 feet east of a Carsonite witness post.
