Edmond's fairly new Spring Creek Trailhead begins at Spring Creek Park, at the east end of 15th St. in Edmond. There is a gate/attendant to take/pay fees but there is no fee to use the Spring Creek Trail. Just let the attendant know if she is there when you arrive. After the gate, take the first left into the park, drive almost all the way around the circular drive, and you'll see signs for the Trailhead/parking.
Lanes on this multi-use trail are clearly marked in the beginning of the trail from the Lake Arcadia park, but not so much further down toward I-35. Leaving from the Spring Creek Parking area, bikes ride on the left, pedestrians on the right.
The bike repair station is located about 1 1/2 miles from the Spring Creek parking. It has lots of tools available and a hand-powered air pump. This bike repair station was donated by Al's Bicycles in Edmond.

Update: Jan. 12, 2019: the trail has finally reached I-35, at the Integris Hospital entrance. You can now access the trail from these coordinates:

From the Integris parking lot, there are two nearby entrances to the trail which heads first north, then east towards the Lake Arcadia Spring Creek Park. The bike repair station is only about 1/2 mile from this entry point, a lot closer than the entry from Spring Creek Park.
