This monument in homage to the Municipal Police is the work of Ana Hernando (2001) and represents a guard in attitude of directing traffic, with the classic uniform of the fifties, consisting of gabardine, trinchas, the peculiar helmet and whistle. It measures 3.90 m in height and the base of support is a base in black Marquina marble, weighing one ton and 1.2 m in height. It is located at the junction of María de Molina and Doctrinos streets, in the capital city of Valladolid (Spain).
