Den “VITA-Parcours“ finden Sie auf der Bismarckhöhe hinter der Hufelandklinik. Parkplätze befinden sich am Waldrand oberhalb der Kliniken, z. B. ab Parkplatz Trümmerborn. Der „VITA-Parcours“ umfasst 20 Übungsposten, die sich auf eine Waldstrecke von 2 bis 2,5 Kilometer Länge verteilen. Der Parcours ist als Rundstrecke angelegt, d.h. Start und Ziel befinden sich am gleichen Ort. Der „VITA-Parcours“ beginnt mit einer Einlaufstrecke von 200 bis 300 Metern Länge bis zum ersten Posten. In Abständen von je rund 100 m folgen die weiteren Posten – anfänglich Gymnastikübungen, später leichte bis mittelschwere Kraftübungen und zwei weitere Laufübungen. Der Parcours schließt an die erglaufstrecke zur „Schönen Aussicht“ an. Ausgangspunkt in der Stadt ist der „Pfahlgraben“.

The "VITA course" consists of 20 practice posts distributed over a forest track of 2 to 2.5 kilometers in length. The course is designed as a circuit, i. Start and finish are in the same place. The "VITA-Parcours" begins with an inlet run of 200 to 300 meters in length to the first post. At intervals of about 100 m follow the other posts - initially gymnastics exercises, later light to moderate strength exercises and two more running exercises. The course adjoins the fun run to the "Beautiful View". Starting point in the city is the "Pfahlgraben".
