He was born on April 1, 1839 in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and died on February 17, 1910 in Philadelphia, PA. He attained the rank of Brevet Major General in the Union Army. His Medal of Honor information and citation is: MULHOLLAND, ST. CLAIR A.
