The large teapot and cup and saucer are located on the flat roof above the entrance/exit to Hayes Garden World on Lake Road in Ambleside.
The teapot, cup and saucer and cupcake are cream in colour and made of pottery.
There are planters to the side that resemble giant cupcakes.
