This clock on the western edge of the mall, in the center of the building that houses Cici's Pizza and Small Cakes.
The clock itself is white faced, set in a black circle and framed by a white square. The Roman numerals are used for the 5 minute/hour designation spot and two sweeping black arms with arrow points for the hands.
