Originally part of Rancho Santa Teresa, the ranch and surrounding 20-acre property are what remains of a nearly 10,000-acre parcel granted to Jose Joaquin Bernal by the Mexican Government in 1834.
The stamp is located in the barn exhibit. It is on a small box mounted to a post on the opposite side of the center walkway.
According to the website (https://www.sccgov.org/sites/parks/Activities/Cultural-Venues/Pages/Bernal-Gulnac-Joice-Ranch.aspx) The Ranch House and Barn exhibits are open to the public Fridays from 10am-4pm and Saturdays from 11am-5pm.
