The blue lily in the flag of Nenzlingen is the coat of arms of the dominion Pfeffingen, to which Nenzlingen belonged in the Middle Ages. The origin of the key is unclear.
The flag is known since about the year 1900. In 1946, it became official.
I found the flag, together with that of Basel-Landschaft on a side street in the village center.

Die blaue Lilie in der Fahne von Nenzlingen ist das Wappen der Herrschaft Pfeffingen, zu der Nenzlingen im Mittelalter gehörte. Die Herkunft des Schlüssels ist ungeklärt.
Die Fahne ist etwa seit dem Jahr 1900 bekannt. 1946 wurde sie offiziell.
Ich fand die Fahne, zusammen mit der von Basel-Landschaft an einer Seitenstrasse im Dorfzentrum.
