EN: This stone cross stands at the junction of two rural roads on the western edge of Nenzlingen. In front of the cross is a bed of flowers and a small bush. The cross is framed by semi-circularly arranged stone blocks.
It is about three and a half meters high and consists of local Jurassic limestone. At the top stands INRI and at the side arms it is dated 1838.
On the vertical bar is a relief of a wine goblet and a round insert of a slightly lighter stone with the letters IHS.
DE: Dieses Steinkreuz steht an der Verzweigung zweier Feldwege am Westrand von Nenzlingen. Vor dem Kreuz befindet sich ein Beet mit Blumen und einem kleinen Busch. Das Kreuz ist von halbkreisförmig angeordneten Steinquadern eingerahmt.
Es ist rund dreieinhalb Meter hoch und besteht aus einheimischem Jurakalkstein. An der Spitze steht INRI und an den Seitenarmen ist es mit 1838 datiert.
Auf dem vertikalen Balken ist ein Relief eines Weinkelchs und ein runder Einsatz aus einem etwas helleren Stein mit den Buchstaben IHS.
