"A football stadium with encircling track and field stone wall, home (north side) and visitor (south side) concrete-frame bleachers,  square and octagonal ticket booths. The south side bleachers are  infilled with field stone and concrete block underneath to provide  locker rooms. The stadium was built by the Work Projects  Administration (1838-1940) and the National Youth  Administration."
