This former Merriwa Branch, of the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Ltd. (CBC), is now run as a Bed and Breakfast establishment by Peter and Pam Lott. The white-painted, rendered, two-storey building has a hip corrugated iron roof, with covered balconies on the first floor, to the front, and a covered verandah on the eastern side of the ground floor entrance.

There are five Bedrooms, with three bathrooms for the accommodation, with a Breakfast Room. On the right-hand side of the front steps is a bronze plaque, with the following inscription:
