There is no indication as to a relationship here; possibly parent/child. This slab of concrete is rough around the edges, about 2' x 1', with a smooth surface, all painted white. The inscription is etched into the surface, highlighted with black paint, and there are small hearts with "VW", "JH", "DH", "BH", presumably relatives. It reads:
