Quick Description: This memorial stands on a high hill overlooking the city of Stuttgart. The rubble of Stuttgart buildings destroyed in the bombings of WWII was dumped here, raising the level of the hill by 40 meters.

The plaque reads in English something like :

This hill, on which the ruins of the city were piled after the Second World War, stands as a memorial to the victims, and a warning to the living.
