Found nothing online describing this building. It is red brick with six dividers topped with white cement. The center of the building has rough rock mosaic in the end of the eave. Two small arc designs with mosaic rock are on either side.
The side of the building has two mosaic designs. The bottom one is a circle and the top one is a half circle.
