This is a three-story brick building located at 124 W. Broadway, which was constructed in 1917, shortly after the founding of the town. It once housed the city offices and the fire department, which are located now in buildings to the east. It currently is the location of the Drumright Police Department.

This building is a three-story brick building, located at the corner of W. Broadway and S. Morrow. The ground floor facade has three overhead door openings. One now has a pedestrian door and some high windows; the other two no longer offer access. On the west side of the ground floor, the windows are sealed off, with some having small glass blocks for light. Windows on the second level throughout are double hung with small fixed transoms, and on the third level are fixed pane. A concrete belt course encircles the building between the first and second levels.

Facing Broadway on the north, there are three bays, separated by wide brick pilasters. In each upper bay are two windows, separated from each other by additional narrow brick pilasters. All windows have stone sills. At the roof line under a low pediment, is a concrete panel with three vertical bars, which reads: "19 MUNICIPAL BLDG. 17".
