This VR embossed box can be found on the north side of the main A84 road through Callander, west of the town centre. It is situated on a stone pillar at the entrance to the Riverview Guest House on Leny Road.

The box, despite copious amounts of red paint, shows a little bit of wear and tear, but the VR embossment is clear at the top.

Tell us about the area the post box is situated.:
Leny Road is the part of the A84 that runs westwards out of Callander from the town centre, heading within a few miles into the Southern Highlands and also The Trossachs. As is typical of a Highland Gateway town in Scotland, the area is full of guest houses.
