Drumright High School is located at 301 S. Pennsylvania in a three-story brick building constructed in 1919, designed by Stewart & Lambert architects. The ground level is a partially exposed basement whose exposure varies on some elevations due to the roll of the land. A concrete beltcourse circles the building between the first and second levels. Between the second and third floor windows are cross-hatched brick panels bordered by end-facing brick. At the roof line, a cornice has an overlay of metal siding. The roof has a shallow gable. The building is T-shaped with an extension at the rear.

The windows are set in two's and three's and have double fixed panes. A room air-conditioner is mounted in each room as there is no central A/C. The facade faces West and is nicely elaborate. There are seven bays, with the outer bays windowless and decorated with raised brick designs. The center five bays are separated by double brick pilasters with decorate capitals, and the name DRUMRIGHT HIGH SCHOOL is set into a concrete frieze over the entrance.

The main entrance has a double set of metal and glass doors, with sidelights and tall fixed transom. The metal is painted red. Above the doorway is a concrete pediment with sculpted scroll work, and an oval showing the date "1919".
