The hydrant has been painted yellow, red, silver. It looks funny.
Some features have been added to enhance it's appearance, including eyes, ears, nose, a smile, and four red buttons for the shirt.
The "head" has also been modified to squirt water out of the mouth when you push the round red nose. He spits the water into his own "pants".
He has a similar looking brother on an other playground here in Luxembourg City WMM5PF (
