"The walls are of yellow brick while the door and window quoins and wainscoting are of contrasting red brick. An octagonal telegrapher's turret dominates the building. Two stories in height, the tower is capped by a crenelated parapet wall. An extensive red tiled roof with wide eaves terminates the composition."
