"With strong vertical composition and ornate jig-sawn detailing, the Queen Anne residences such as the Griffin House (Site No. 358), the McDade House (Site No. 369), the Fears House (Site No. 352) and the Strickland-Sawyer House (Site No. 370), visually dominate the neighborhood.

Two-story frame dwelling with modified L plan, two-story porch, and ornate jigsawn bargeboards and porch brackets. Home of prominent late nineteenth-century realtor and developer E. H. Griffin.
