The Brown Derby is easily recognized by its roof which takes the form of a brown derby and the neon signs that announce it's presence. The octagonal food stand has a neon sign on the top which lights up to say BROWN DERBY and a second neon sign which says Eat at the Hat across the hat band. The Brown Derby serves snack foods such ICEE slush beverages, fried dough, and soft serve ice cream.
