"Avec l’aide de l’Europe et la Wallonie, l’axe Beaux-Arts - Université du Travail va se transformer en un véritable itinéraire de déplacement, afin de retisser le lien entre le centre-ville et les deux grandes polarités que sont le Campus des Sciences, les Arts et des Métiers (plateau de l’UT) et le pôle des grandes conférences et de l’événementiel (Congrès – Expo – Beaux-Arts). L’accessibilité à ces trois pôles sera facilité par la création d’un nouvel accès au R9, réduisant ainsi la pression de l’automobile sur le quartier. "
