Almost in a Baroque-style this church has a square bell tower above the entry door. Centred on the front of the building is multi-panelled arched window. The landscaping beside the footpath is hiding the Foundation Tablet that has a heavy patina. It reads:

To The Glory of God
This Tablet was Placed by
the Rev. ARTHUR B. LLOYD
President of Conference
February 22nd 1936

From talking with the current pastor, Reverend Sandy Webb, I was told that while the Barmera Uniting Church was a former Congregational church, the Berri church was formerly a Methodist Church.
