The Drumright Fire Department is located in a two-story red brick building just east of City Hall, and two buildings east of the old, three story firehouse built in 1917, now occupied by the Police Department (see photo gallery).

This is a combination Paid and Voluntary fire department with 6 full-time paid, 20 part-time paid and 25 volunteers firefighters. They offer full fire and medical emergency services, with 911 service. They also hold CPR classes. The department was established in 1916 at the time of the town's incorporation. They average 380 medical and fire emergencies each year.

The building has two wide overhead doors. The pedestrian entrance is located at the east corner, with three large display windows. The second floor has training rooms and sleeping quarters.
