This fine old brick building, at 217 N Grand Avenue, was originally constructed by the Salvation Army and is currently the office of the Cimarron Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The date is found on a dedication plaque at the northwest corner of the building, partially obscured by shrubs; the wording on the plaque is typical of Salvation Army construction in that era.
