Ubon Ratchathani is one of the larger, 'smaller' towns of eastern Thailand. At a major traffic intersection is this clock. About 6m tall, yellow in colour, and with three sides that face each traffic direction, this clock shows the time to all travellers with a digital display. "Wong Wian" translates to 'round about'.
