This wooden-framed parchment honour roll can be found inside St. Paul's Church in Ramsey.The honour roll is hung below a small crucifix. Beneath the hnour roll is an inscribed brass tag.

The wording of the honour roll is as follows:
"REMEMBER,[in red ink followed by the following text in black ink] the Men of Ramsey
who fell in the Conflict or Died
of Wounds or Sickness

This little Memorial was the first to
be put up on the Island. It stood in a
Frame in front of the Church and was
Dedicated on Sunday, January 27th, 1918.

There was a List in a Frame, beneath, names being added from
time to time at the request of Relatives or Friends."
