The war memorial consists of a high base surmounted by an obelisk covered with a veil symbolizing mourning.
On the main face, the allegory of the Republic, wearing a Phrygian cap, stands upright against the pedestal at the foot of the obelisk. She is leaning against a death wreath towards which she turns her head, placing her right hand on the pommel of a sword at rest. She holds in her left hand a small bouquet composed of a rose, a daisy and a third flower that can symbolize the national colors. Another rose fell at his bare feet, barely exceeding his long dress. A flag with a broken shaft was embossed on the bottom of the obelisk, partially covering a laurel branch.
Inscription : 'To our dead for the fatherland
1914 - 1918
