This fountain on the OU campus is next to the sidewalk in front of The Weitzenhoffer Theater (University Theater). It is on the east side of Elm, just south of Boyd St. and the Fred Jones Museum of Art.
The glass ball on which the water flows over is about 2' in diameter. It is at the center of a shallow pool of water in a circular base about 6' wide and 8" tall. The water flows so gently over the ball, creating very interesting ripples as it breaks from the ball into the water below.
