I wasn't able to gather much info on the Manley Building other than a newspaper article from 2001 that mentions this building's basement was home to the City Hall (its second location) for a few years after it's construction.
The building has undergone facade renovation over the years but is a contributing building to the potential Brookings Downtown Historic District that is in the process of being nominated through the National Register of Historic Places.
