Merrittville Speedway - Racetracks on Waymarking.com

Merrittville Speedway is a 3/8 mile, slightly banked clay track, in Thorold, Ontario, Canada (only 12 miles from the Niagara Falls US border) which has been featuring Saturday night racing since 1952. The regular ticket includes the DIRT Weekly Racing Series; 358 Modifieds, Sportsman, Hoosier Stocks, Dwarf Cars, 4 Cylinders. They also host a KARTing series at the track, as well as several special events (Sprints, historical races, and demo derbies) throughout the season (May to September).

The coordinates were recorded at the parking area entrance. I would have got closer, but, the track was closed for the season, and, there is a video security system that is used to monitor the area.

I hope that future waymarkers get some good track action photos to add to the gallery.
